During our Zoom, you will need a computer or phone that can be positioned so that you can move around and assist as well as allow me to see from different angles. (or have another person available to video)

You will also need:

• Cleared space on the floor that is padded/soft to sit and lay and kneel on
• Spinning chair with a backrest
• Paintbrush
